In addition to the special rate for young people and the discount on the season ticket, there is a 30% discount for members of a large family. At the time of acquiring the subscription, a day of the week of the performances will be chosen (Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday) and a seat in the Symphony Hall of the Auditorium. Ópera de Tenerife is once again offering season tickets after two seasons in which the changing health situation and, therefore, capacity, made it impossible.
‘Fuenteovejuna’, which will take place on October 18, 20 and 22, is a contemporary opera in Spanish commissioned by Ópera de Oviedo to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Lope de Vega’s work of the same name. ‘Un ballo in maschera’, which will take to the stage of the Sala Sinfónica on November 22, 24 and 26, is a co-production between the Auditorio de Tenerife and the Teatro Regio di Parma.
In the lyrical Gala with Nancy Fabiola and her guests, the mezzo-soprano has brought together a series of artists at the Tenerife Auditorium to celebrate 25 years since her debut in the main role of Carmen. ‘Der Zwerg’ (The Dwarf) is the most emblematic work of the Austrian author Alexander von Zemlinsky and will be staged on March 7, 9 and 11, 2023.
Finally, the symphonic poem in three movements for choir and orchestra ‘Tannhäuser’, which can be heard on June 9 and 10, is a work by Pedro Halffter that has been inspired by the opera of the same name by Richard Wagner.
