Arico develops the first phase of the Strategic Plan for the Las Eras Industrial Estate. To this end, the councilors for Employment, Andrés Martínez, and for Local Development, Víctor García, held a meeting with the businessmen in order to prepare a diagnosis of the needs and aspirations of the industrial park, in addition to proposing a new management model that allow the Consistory to implement the lines of public and private investment, necessary to improve the area.
One of the main characteristics to take into account is the application of sustainability criteria that benefit the proper development of the facilities over time. All investments will be framed within the objectives of sustainable development, circular economy, reduction of waste and carbon dioxide emissions, among other issues.
The Councilor for Local Development and Tourism, Víctor García, indicated that the second phase of this project will be carried out from now until October. It will focus on the new action proposals and the contribution of the final results, says the local government.
