The Fairground boils with the passion of the Choreographic Groups of the Santa Cruz Carnival

Excellent entry to enjoy the contest of choreographic groups which brought together fifteen choreographic groups with their more than 700 components this afternoon at the Fairgrounds. The act, presented by the journalist Naomi Vera, offered a varied repertoire of dance modalities and a lot of energy on stage. The award for best fantasy was collected by the group Loli Pérez, for Not all the heroes wear a coat, some have wings and wear stripes by Ana María Ramos with characterization by Mariló Martín. The second prize went to the Arona Culture Board with fantasy latin glow, by María Victoria Alcaide; and the third for Yufunk Dance School for the fantasy dreaming againdesigned by Yurena de la Rosa.

The prizes were delivered by the Councilor for Fiestas del City Hall of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Alfonso Cabello, and some of the candidates for Queen of the Carnival. The jury was made up of Laura Infante Castilla, senior technician in Plastic Arts; Anamig Verónica Francis Amador, costume designer for Carnival; and Gisela Dorta Melo, professor of Fashion Styling at the Fernando Estévez School of Art and Superior Design.

The groups Club Deportivo Odali, Stars Dance, Crea Hip Hop, Ibaute, Crew of Dreams, Funkyguachy, Patronato de Cultura de Arona, Los Bohemios, Grupo Loli Pérez, Ballet Dance, Yufunk Dance School, LKS ( Luther King Saint Michael); Azahar, Tenerife Dance Project, and Crazy Dance.
