The City Council of Santiago del Teide announces that 180 cyclists have already registered to participate in the VIII edition of the traditional Santiago del Teide Cycle Tour, which will take place on Sunday, June 12 from 09:30 a.m.
This test is constituted as one of the great sports events of the municipality that each year usually brings together more than a hundred participants who love this sports discipline. It will have 2 intermediate supplies located at the La Casona del Patio hotel and at the Landmar Costa Los Gigantes hotel.
Thus, this event will have the Abelardo González de Tamaimo square as its starting point and finish line and after 51 km of cycling tour it will have the last 6 km of ascent to Tamaimo as a time trial at a competitive level and where the final classifications will be defined.
