SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 27 May. (EUROPE PRESS) –

The territorial director of CaixaBank in the Canary Islands, Juan Ramón Fuertes, and the president of the Provincial Federation of Construction Employers of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Fepeco), Óscar Izquierdo, have signed the renewal of the collaboration agreement between both entities.

The agreement establishes CaixaBank’s support for companies and professionals in the developer and real estate sector, as well as collaboration with the newsletters and professional information that Fepeco issues among its associates.

Juan Ramón Fuertes has highlighted in a note “the relevant role of the construction sector as one of the engines of economic recovery in the islands”.

For this reason, he continues, “we remain committed to it, as demonstrated by the renewal of our agreement with Fepeco and the support we provide to the business fabric to promote and meet their needs in the financial field”.

For his part, Óscar Izquierdo pointed out that “for Fepeco it is essential to have the support of an entity such as CaixaBank, where businessmen have the confidence to be heard and cared for”.

For construction, he indicates, “the banking-company symbiosis is unavoidable, therefore, maintaining the agreement with CaixaBank is key to the growth of our sector.”
