The neighbors of the chicharrero duggi’s neighborhood They were reunited yesterday with their patron saint, María Auxiliadora, who again toured the streets of the neighborhood in procession, after two years without being able to do so due to the pandemic. From half past six in the afternoon, with the recitation of the rosary, until more than nine at night, when the procession ended, the residents of El Monturrio accompanied the Virgin on her day.

The image toured, starting at eight in the afternoon, the streets of Serrano, Castro, Santa Teresa Jornet, Benavides, Ramón y Cajal, Álvarez de Lugo and again Serrano.

As it passed through the different streets, flower petals fell from the balconies of a neighborhood that lives with faith and devotion this day with which an emotional tribute is paid to all those who made possible the construction of Duggy and those who helped get the parish. The current one dates from the year 2000.
