The price of electricity in the wholesale market has risen again this TuesdayMay 17, in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Tenerife, The Palm, La Gomera Y The iron). In the first 17 days of May, the price of electricity reaches an average of 189.23 euros/MWh, about 33% below the March valuethe most expensive month in history with 283.3 euros/MWh, although it almost doubles the average value of 2021 (111.4 euros/MWh), the highest since records exist.
