The pilgrimage in honor of San Isidro Labrador in Arguayo returned, after two years of absence, to gather this Sunday, May 15, hundreds of participants in a festive atmosphere that passed through the main streets of the town.
The day began at 1:30 p.m. with the celebration of the Eucharist. At the end of it, the traditional pilgrimage took place through the streets of Arguayo in which local folk groups, the Herreños Dancers, as well as numerous carts, participated.
Upon arrival at the Parque de Las Eras, there was the blessing of animals, the musical offering and the transfer of the image to the cultural center. Next, there was a great festival that was enlivened by the orchestras “Sabrosa”, “Sensación Gomera” and the group “LD”.
