The port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife will collaborate again this year with the Chicharrero Carnival by authorizing different actions in its service area, as it has been doing in recent years, thus attending to the requests made by the Development Society of the Santacrucero City Council.
On this occasion, the authorization that has been issued today so that the carnival troupes can rehearse in some of the streets of the fishing dock stands out, rehearsals that will take place from tomorrow, Saturday, May 14, until Sunday, June 12.
The comparisons that will practice their dances in the aforementioned area are Abenaura, Orinoco River, Bahitiare Bay, Tabajaras, Canary Dancers and Rumberosdistributing among them the days and hours enabled for rehearsals.
Likewise, Puertos de Tenerife will enable, through the corresponding authorization, a parking lot for the Carnival floats on the plot attached to the Tenerife Adán Martín Auditorium. These vehicles will also have access to the North Pier on the day of the Carnival Apotheosis Coso for their incorporation from said area, normally with restricted access, to the aforementioned celebration, thus providing it with greater fluidity.
To all this, other aspects will be added from which the Tenerife Port Authority is working to issue in the near future the authorization corresponding to the assembly of a stage on the roof of the Service Road tunnel, at the height of the Port-City Building, for some of the celebrations planned in the area.
