Adeje celebrates today the official act of the proclamation of the canonical patronage of the Virgin of the Incarnation. It will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Plaza de San Sebastián. There, the Bishop of Tenerife, Bernardo Álvarez, together with the parish priests of the municipality, will officiate the solemn mass, sung by Los Sabandeños. There will be a bus service to go to and return from the neighborhoods, prior registration on the website adeje.es.
The programming that the municipality dedicates to its patron saint from Friday will end tomorrow. At 7:00 p.m. the return of the image will take place from the church of San Sebastián to the main parish, Santa Úrsula. On this occasion, the return will be made by vehicle, accompanied by the caravan of people who wish to accompany her. From the Cultural Center, there will be a procession on foot to the parish, where the events will end.
