SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 29 Apr. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A 60-year-old woman has been hospitalized in serious condition after being recovered from a cardiorespiratory arrest in the municipality of Tacoronte, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 12:45 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing that a woman had fainted on Vereda del Medio street and was later in cardiorespiratory arrest.
A doctor who was with her began basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers while the health resources were moving.
Upon arrival at the scene, the SUC staff continued with advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers and, once stabilized in the medicalized ambulance, the affected woman was transferred to a hospital, where she was admitted in serious condition.
The Local Police instructed the proceedings and collaborated with the health emergency service.
