Therefore, it is appropriate to avert the relative risk of subtraction from the action of justice that can be seen in the investigated, through the precautionary measure of provisional detention that can be avoided with a bail. It must be adequate to avoid such risk and adequate to the economic situation of the person under investigation, which is recorded in the proceedings, for which the provision of a bail of 50,000 euros is considered appropriate, which may be provided in any of the forms of art. . 591 of the Law of Criminal Procedure. Likewise, in order to avoid imprisonment, the person under investigation must contract the obligation to appear record apud before the Court closest to his residence every morning and as many times as called, the withdrawal of the passport and the prohibition to leave the national territory without judicial authorization, in accordance with article 530 of the Law of Criminal Procedure”.
