Queues of novelists in Tegueste to get a ticket for the verbena and the magicians’ dance. The City Council of the Villa began today the collection of invitations to attend the two events with the highest number of people within the program in honor of San Marcos.
Without the traditional Pilgrimage and taking into account the health restrictions that still raised the regulations when it was agreed to relaunch the festivities, Tegueste chose to celebrate his Ball of Magi and his verbena with a capacity limit.
“Only” 5,000 people will be able to enjoy both acts, which is why the Consistory chose control access through free tickets that should be collected at the City Hall from today, Tuesday, April 19.
The response was immediate. Before the doors open at eight in the morning there was a queue in front of the institution to get some of the invitationswhich are also distributed at the Teatro Príncipe Felipe.
On Friday 29 there will be a performance by the music band Agrupación de San Marcos Evangelista at 8:00 p.m. and the beginning of the verbena from then on, with the Malibú and Cadetes orchestras. Likewise, the Villa will have a performance by Los Muchachos, Guaydil, Acapulco and Dorada Band during the Magicians’ Dance, scheduled for Saturday, April 30, starting at 10:00 p.m.
