The yellow warning for coastal phenomena is extended to Saturday in Gran Canaria and Tenerife

The slightly cloudy skies will predominate this Saturday in Canary Islandswhere high temperatures will register a rise in inland areas of the eastern islandsin which will exceed 30 degreesand the winds will blow from the northeast with strong intervals during the early morning, according to the Meteorology Statal Agency (Aemet).

In the sea there will be in the northwest and southeast, northeast 5 or 6, occasionally 7 offshore until morning, and in the rest northeast 4 or 5. Strong swell, locally thick offshore in northwest and southeast. On the southwest coast, variable 1 to 4 and swell. North or northwest sea bottom of 1 to 2 meters.

On the other hand, the yellow warning for coastal phenomena It will also extend this Saturday to the east, south and west of the islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife. In these areas, the force 7 northeast wind will continue on the west coast of Gran Canaria, southeast of Tenerife and the Anaga-Agaete maritime channel.

LANZAROTE

Predominance of slightly cloudy or clear skies, with intervals of high clouds. Low probability of haze starting in the afternoon. Minimum temperatures in slight rise. Highs in moderate ascent, which could be notable in interior areas. Northeast wind with strong intervals during the early morning. It will turn loose from midday to southeast in inland areas.

Moderate northeast wind, more intense on the northwest, southeast and summit slopes, where locally very strong gusts are not ruled out during the first half of the day.
