A driver has given a positive breathalyzer test after being stopped by the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Local Police when they detected him circulating on the Tenerife Tram tracks.
As reported this Friday by the police force, the vehicle was intercepted in the vicinity of Weyler Square. A breathalyser test was then carried out, which gave a positive result. For this reason, the agents proceeded to report the driver for an alleged crime against road safety.
We just stopped a vehicle that was traveling on the tram tracks @tranviatenerife at the height of the Weyler square. After the breathalyzer test, the driver has been charged with a crime against road safety.
