The Citizen Security and Emergencies service of the City Council, which already anticipated the high influx of people on the beaches, has been carrying out a security operation since Thursday that will continue during the Easter holidays.
The device covers, in addition to Las Teresitas, the beaches of Las Gaviotas, Roque de Las Bodegas, Almáciga and Benijo. In these last three bathing areas, the presence of jellyfish was detected, which has forced users to take extreme precautions.
