A 72-year-old man has been seriously injured after his vehicle overturned in La Matanza de Acentejo, as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
The events occurred on the afternoon of this Sunday on La Iglesia street in the aforementioned municipality, a place to which firefighters from Tenerife went to free the affected person, since the vehicle doors had been blocked and the driver was trapped.
Next, the staff of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) verified that the affected person had severe polytrauma, for which he was transferred to the Canary Islands University Hospital.
Agents of the Local Police and the Civil Guard also appeared at the scene of the incident, who carried out the corresponding instructions.
