The Council of Tenerife invests 315,000 euros to improve the waterproofing of the Santiago Martín Pavilion. The works, which will be carried out during six monthswill consist essentially of the integral renovation of the sheet that covers the roof of the pitch, although other improvements will also be made, such as the skylight replacement in poor condition, the incorporation of a motorized aluminum slat system that facilitates the darkening of space and a new central locking system with remote control which will be available in the control booth located on the field lagoon.
This has been announced by the island councilor for Sports, Concepción Rivero, who points out in a note that “the work has an investment of 315,000 euros that will serve to improve one of the most emblematic sports facilities in Tenerife“.
The works are compatible with the usual activity of the pavilion.
In addition, the additional security measures considered appropriate will be applied to guarantee the protection of the entire space in which the work is carried out.
