A 65-year-old woman has been moderately injured after suffering a fall while hiking in the vicinity of Pescante de Hermigua, on the island of La Gomera, as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
The events occurred on the afternoon of this Wednesday in the aforementioned place to where Civil Protection personnel were transferred, who gave the affected person the first attention and evacuated her on a stretcher to where the ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) was located. ).
Subsequently, the SUC staff verified that the woman had a moderate lower limb injury, except for complications, for which she was transferred by basic life support ambulance to the Hospital Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.
