SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 28. (EUROPE PRESS) –

The adverse weather due to wind and rain that affects La Palma this Monday has already caused a total of eleven flight cancellations and six other diversions, according to data collected by Europa Press from Aena sources.

Specifically, there are eleven cancellations –six departures and four arrivals in Tenerife North and one departure in Gran Canaria– and six diversions.

The diversions affect two flights that left Tenerife North and had to return to the island; three to Tenerife South on flights that were supposed to connect La Palma with Santiago de Compostela, Madrid and Gran Canaria and another Gran Canaria-La Palma flight that had to return.
