A 70-year-old man is in serious condition after suffering a cardiorespiratory arrest while bathing at Fañabé beach, in Adeje (Tenerife), as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
The events occurred on the afternoon of this Sunday on the aforementioned beach where the lifeguards of the place had to rescue the man when he was in cardiorespiratory arrest, for which they began the resuscitation maneuvers, which the staff of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) continued. ) upon arrival.
Thus, after practicing basic and advanced recovery maneuvers, they managed to reverse the stoppage of the affected person, who, after stabilizing him, was evacuated to Hospiten Sur.
Local Police officers also appeared at the scene of the incident and took charge of the corresponding proceedings.
