Vidorreta: “The high pace of Granca’s match is going very well for us”

Txus Vidorreta, coach of Lenovo Tenerife, was confident that he could extend the team’s good run during his visits to the Arena, pointing out that “they play at a high pace, something that suits us, because when there is a team that plays at a high pace we are also able to play against them at a high level and hurt them”; although the Bilbao coach recognized that “we always try to control the game a little more and they give it a little more rhythm”, stating that “we like to give value to each possession”.

The Canary Islands coach recognized the current good condition of the Granca, highlighting the privileged position of the Claretians in the Eurocup, as sole leaders of group B, praising the wardrobe and the quality of the Claretian staff, which in his opinion “is They have reinforced well.

Vidorreta expects a “very tough game in which there will be a lot of equality”, being key in his opinion “to work very hard on defense and on the rebound if we want to have any chance of being able to win”.

The Tenerife coach was convinced of Slaughter’s participation in the match, in addition to highlighting the recent reinforcements of Olek Balcerowski and Kenny Chery, regarding the first round match played in La Laguna.
