The maximum amount of these grants, also called digital vouchers, for each beneficiary it will be 12,000 euros with the following maximum amounts per service category: per website and internet presence (2,000 euros); for electronic commerce (2,000 euros); for social network management (2,500 euros); for customer management (4,000 euros); for business intelligence and analytics (4,000 euros), for process management (6,000 euros); for eletronic bills (1,000 euros); for virtual office services and tools (250 euros per user); for secure communications (125 euros), with a limit of 48 users, and for basic cybersecurity actions (125 euros per device).
