Canary Islands adds 5,426 new cases and six deaths with Covid

Canarias adds Canarias adds 5,426 new cases and six deaths with Covid since last Thursday, March 17. The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islandswhich updates the Covid data two days a week, has also registered a decrease in hospitalizations and for the first time since December 12 there are less than 300 admitted to Canarian hospitals.

Regarding hospital pressure, the indicators continue to show a downward trend. For the first time since December 12 there are less than 300 admitted with Covid. In Canarian hospitals there are 291 admitted, 263 on the ward and 28 in the ICU.
