The XI Canary Islands Cheese Fair return to Pinolere Ethnographic Park two years later. After the break forced by the pandemic of Covid-19 in 2020 and 2021, some 60 dairies from the islands will show and sell their production on April 9 and 10 in this space in the middle of La Orotava. Cheese wedges for buying tickets
The Department of Agriculture of the City Council of La Orotava and Pinolere organize a new promotion starting on March 28 to encourage the sale of tickets for the XI Cheese Fair. For every two tickets or more that are purchased from that date on at a booth set up on Carrera Escultor Estévez street, a wedge of about 300 grams of cheese from one of the three dairies in the municipality will be given away: Benijos, Antonio and Juana or Pinolere. There will be 500 wedges to distribute. The price of each ticket is two euros.
