SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 17. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Santa Cruz de Tenerife requests a sentence of 15 years in prison for a man accused of raping his ex-partner in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The man, convicted of gender violence, took advantage of the woman’s visit to a house in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in search of a friend to hold her in a room and, after threatening her with a knife, sexually assault her vaginally.
Once the events were completed, the woman managed to escape from the house and reported the events to the National Police, according to a summary collected by Europa Press.
The Prosecutor’s Office considers that the facts constitute a crime of sexual assault and also requests absolute disqualification and prohibition of approach and communication with the victim for ten years and compensation of 6,000 euros.
