SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 14. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A worker at a hotel complex in Adeje is in critical condition with a severe head injury after a wall fell on the pergola of a bar.
The events occurred after 5:00 p.m. when the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert informing them that a wall had fallen from several stories high onto the pergola of a bar in a hotel complex on Venezuela street and a woman had been injured.
Members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium secured the area and personnel from the SUC and the area health center assessed and assisted the affected woman who, after being stabilized, was transferred in critical condition by SUC ambulance to Hospiten Sur.
The Local Police collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources and the National Police carried out the corresponding procedures.
