The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Chamber of Commerce and Titsa have renewed for the fifth consecutive year the agreement to finance transportation for students participating in the Comprehensive Qualification and Employment Program (PICE). The objective of this project is to increase the employability of unemployed boys between the ages of 16 and 29.
Titsa will provide 180 Tenmás cards to facilitate the transfer of students who, on many occasions, do not have the resources to travel to the place where the training is given. More than 4,000 young people from all the municipalities of the Island have been able to benefit from an initiative that this year celebrates its eighth edition. In 2021, 46 employment niche actions were organized and a hundred job offers were promoted from the 492 collaborating companies.
