A 27-year-old paraglider has been moderately injured after suffering a fall on a farm in Guía de Isora, on the island of Tenerife, as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
The events occurred on the afternoon of this Wednesday on the TF-1 road, at kilometer 89.5, a place to which the staff of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) traveled, who, upon arriving in the area, found that the affected had moderate back pain, so he was transferred to a hospital in the south of the island.
Previously, members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium appeared at the scene of the incident, who were the ones who rescued the paraglider and took him to the place where the ambulance and SUC personnel were located.
Also at the scene of the incident, Civil Protection officers appeared, as well as agents of the Local Police and the Civil Guard.
