Work begins this week to refurbish the wake rooms, starting with Chío and continuing (in that order) with Playa de San Juan, Tejina de Isora, Alcalá and the one located next to the town center cemetery. The planning of the works contemplates maintaining available resources on the coast and in the midlands.

“This is an action that may imply discomfort for our neighbors, but it is essential to adapt to current regulations on mortuary health,” says the Mayor of Isorana, Josefa Mesa.

During the weeks that the work in Chío lasts, it will be possible to use the Chiguergue and Casco Guide rooms, if necessary. The planned term for the works is six months, they are awarded to the company Clisol Climatización SLU and their budget amounts to 137,705 euros.
