SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 2. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The spokeswoman for the Mixed Group in the Parliament of the Canary Islands and former Citizens (Cs) militant, Vidina Espino, announced this Wednesday her incorporation into the Canary Coalition (CC) in the independent category.
In a meeting with the media, he detailed that in the remainder of the Legislature he is going to “collaborate” with the CC but without party affiliation, underlining that the formation led by Fernando Clavijo “is today the only central project focused on Canary Islands”.
Espino was the head of the list for Gran Canaria and a candidate for the Presidency of Citizens in the 2019 elections, but he dropped out halfway through the Legislature due to the poor defense of the REF by the orange party.
Together with her, the councilors José Guerra and José Eduardo Marrero, also former Cs charges and mayors in the consistories of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Arucas, arrive at CC.
