The Municipality of La Laguna has reported this Saturday that it has transformed a degraded plot of Saint Michael from chimisay in a dog park of 400 square meters.
The land, located between Santa Berta and San Vicente streets, has gone from presenting a deteriorated image, due to the dumping of debris and belongings that were produced in this area, to show off a totally renewed appearance thanks to the work carried out, consisting of the creation of an exclusive enclosure for dogs with urban furniture and game elements, the City Council specifies in a statement-
The works, with a budget of 8,796 euros, consisted of cleaning up rubble and glass and metal debris generated by the burning of belongings that took place on the spot, leveling the land, putting up a fence, creating of an access corral and the installation of rustic furniture and litter bins.
With its opening, La Laguna will have a total of 14 dog parks distributed by different neighborhoods and towns in the municipality.
