Mobility and Roads of the Cabildo de Tenerife has updated the accesses to the Teide National Park a few minutes ago, leaving the TF-21 (La Orotava) open and closing the TF-24 (La Esperanza) due to the presence of snow on the road.
The part of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicts strong winds, with gusts of up to 80 kilometers per hour in some cases for this Tuesday, when the clouds, which can still leave rain in the western islands in the early hours, will tend to dissipate giving way to haze even in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, on a day when both and Gran Canaria will have rising temperatures.
The maximum will reach 22 degrees in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and 21 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and its minimum will be 15 and 14 degrees respectively, according to its forecast, which announces winds from the northeast and east that are weak to moderate but that will intensify, leaving gusts strong in different latitudes of the archipelago.
