SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Feb. 18 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Agents of the National Police have arrested five minors in Santa Cruz de Tenerife as alleged perpetrators of a crime of public disorder during a fight last Saturday afternoon in the Plaza de España and in which a minor was injured. in one of his arms and in one hand.
The wounds, caused by a knife, required medical assistance and suture.
The injured minor, accompanied by other youths, was approached by a large group of minors and, according to his own words, was attacked with a knife when he was helping one of his friends involved in the brawl.
The investigators of the National Police, after learning of the fight, began the necessary steps to identify all the participants and were able to identify another five minors as alleged participants in the events, proceeding to arrest them days later in the capital of Tenerife.
Following the instructions of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, who was informed of everything that had been done, the detained minors were handed over to their legal guardians.
The investigation continues and it is not ruled out that new arrests related to this fact will be made.
The actions were carried out by national police officers from the Investigation Group of the National Police Station of the Southern District of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
