More of 8,800 opponents participate tomorrow in the Canary Islands in the selective processes of public employment of the General State Administration, some tests that start in both Canarian capitals at 8:00 a.m. In the province of Las Palmas the number registered reaches 4,615 and in Santa Cruz de Tenerife 4,212. Throughout Spain they are 100,000 opponents are examined simultaneously and they opt for 6,739 places. Of those called, 94,648 will carry out a single exercise and the remaining 3,623 will do the second exercise of the corresponding selection processes.
The places called are for free entry, internal promotion and stabilization of temporary employment in Bodies and Scales of the General State Administration. Specifically, these are places for the management bodies of the State Civil Administration; IT and Systems management; management scale of Autonomous Organisms; Administrative General of the State Administration; and auxiliary general body of the State Administration.
According to the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, 6,739 vacancies have been announced, of which 437 correspond to the reserve quota for people with general disabilities and 171, to people with intellectual disabilities. These selective processes seek to “meet the personnel needs” of the Public Administration and include tests for free entry, access by internal promotion and stabilization of temporary employment in different bodies and scales of the General State Administration.
The tests are convened for 9 in the morning (8 in the Canary Islands) in a decentralized manner in 21 provincial seats: La Coruña, Álava, Alicante, Asturias, Badajoz, Barcelona, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Balearic Islands, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Madrid, Málaga, Murcia, Pontevedra, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Seville, Toledo, Valencia, Valladolid and Saragossa.
Among the positions, there are for the management body of the State Civil Administration, the general administrative body of the State Administration or that of the auxiliary general body.
