Barceló Hotel Group and Coya Invest build a new luxury hotel in La Caleta

Simón Pedro Barceló, co-president of the Barcelo Groupand Willy, Laurenz and Alexander Deceuninck, representatives of Coya Invest, owners of the new hotel, placed the first stone of the Royal Hideaway Corales Villas, a 5-star GL establishment with 139 villas and junior suites, whose inauguration is scheduled for 2023 and which will complete the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort 5* GL complex project, located in Costa Adeje.

The Royal Hideaway Corales Villas 5* GL hotel plans to open its doors during the second half of 2023 and will mark a new way of understanding experiential luxury in Tenerife. Located next to the Costa Adeje golf course, Royal Hideaway Corales Villas will offer spectacular panoramic views over the ocean and will have 61 villas, with two and three bedrooms and a private pool, and 78 junior suites, 39 of them with a swim-up pool. The proposal is completed with an all day dining restaurant, swimming pool and pool bar, a kids & teens club, a wellness area for treatments and a gym.

The new hotel will be part of the prestigious Royal Hideaway Corales Resort 5* GL, which currently has two hotels: Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, for adults only; and Royal Hideaway Corales Suites, a luxury establishment for families characterized by spacious design rooms and large terraces with views of the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera, most of them even with a private pool. Member of the exclusive group of hotels Preferred Hotels & Resorts, received several national and international awards.
