The Investigating Judge number 5 of Santa Cruz appreciates indications that these people, in their capacity as members of the Board of Directors of the entity Parque Ciencia y Tecnológico SA, could have participated in 2012 in two crimes of administrative prevarication and in a crime of embezzlement of public funds in the framework of the purchase of the land of the sports city of CD Tenerife in Geneto.
Therefore, “it is appropriate to direct the procedure against them and carry out as many procedures as are necessary to determine and specify such data,” it states in its order, which is subject to an appeal for reform and a subsidiary appeal.
In the same order, the judge accepts the inhibition of the Court of Instruction number 3 of La Laguna in the knowledge of the prosecutor’s complaint for these facts.
