The Autonomous Organization of Fiestas has addressed the designers to collect the extra expenses that the transfer of the Carnival to June is causing them, with the aim of establishing a formula to compensate them, given that they are one of the groups that have suffered the most seen by the transfer of dates. “To the extent that they do not receive any direct aid and that they may be the most affected group, we want to know in what concepts they have been harmed by the transfer of the Carnival,” the Councilor for Fiestas, Alfonso Cabello, explained to DIARIO DE AVISOS.
“Once we have these expenses, with the invoices that are passed on to us from ships that have had to be rented, for example, we will establish the formula to compensate them, either by making an average and delivering a single payment as if it were a subsidy or through of a property claim. That is something that has not yet been decided,” explained Cabello.
