SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Feb. 9 (EUROPE PRESS) –

A 51-year-old man is in critical condition after overturning his tourism with the sidewalk and a wall in La Laguna (Tenerife), as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.

The events occurred around 8:17 p.m. this Tuesday on the Vía de Ronda, at the height of the Language School of the aforementioned municipality, a place to which the staff of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) moved, although until Upon arrival, an off-duty emergency health technician, who was at the scene, verified that the affected person was in cardiorespiratory arrest, for which he began resuscitation maneuvers until the arrival of the SUC health resources.

Once at the scene, the SUC personnel continued to care for the wounded man, who could have suffered a fainting spell while driving, and transferred him to the Hospital Universitario de Canarias in critical condition.

A woman who was not injured was also traveling in the accident vehicle.

At the scene of the accident, members of the highway service also appeared, as well as agents of the Local Police and the Civil Guard, who collaborated with the intervening resources and carried out the corresponding procedures.
