The National Police has opened an investigation following the discovery of a body inside a car when firefighters put out the fire in a garage of a house located in the Costa de Adeje area on Sunday morning.
As confirmed by Europa Press sources from the National Police, members of the Judicial and Scientific Police moved to the scene to take evidence and for now all lines of work are open “and nothing is ruled out.”
The agency points out that the man’s body was charred and it is expected that identification will be possible through DNA samples once the autopsy is carried out on Monday to find out the circumstances of death.
In total, firefighters had to put out the flames of up to three vehicles.
