SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, February 5. (EUROPE PRESS) –
Two people have been injured in a traffic accident that occurred yesterday Friday on the North Highway (TF-5), at the Las Canteras exit, in the municipality of La Laguna, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert reporting that a car-motorcycle collision had occurred, resulting in the injury of several people.
The SUC personnel provided medical assistance to the wounded. One of them, a 60-year-old man, was taken to Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria with moderate trauma to the shoulder and chest.
The other affected, a 68-year-old man, presented mild neck pain at the initial moment of care and was transferred by basic life support ambulance to the San Juan de Dios Hospital.
The Civil Guard made the corresponding report and regulated traffic in the area.
