Palcanarias Paintings, S.A.was born in 1987 as a personal and professional challenge for different businessmen, in order to offer Canarian society a series of products and services of excellent quality, currently being the only paint manufacturer in the Canary Islands with 100% Canarian capital.
In its beginnings, Palcanarias began manufacturing around twenty products that, over the course of these 35 years of activity, have become a complete offer with more than one hundred and twenty items, covering all the needs of the sector both at a decorative, construction and industrial level. .
The factory is located in the Salinetas Industrial Urbanization (Gran Canaria -Telde) where the following are located: The manufacturing plant, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, laboratories and offices, in a total area of about 6,000 m2. Its production capacity is currently around 6,000 tons per year. Palcanarias has a distribution network in all the Islands represented by customers-distributors: hardware stores, DIY and specialized establishments, with delegations in the islands of Tenerife, LanzaroteY The Palm.
In the case of Tenerife, it also has a warehouse-ship, as well as a technical-commercial and delivery service. Since its inception, Palcanarias has been a company committed to the environment, with a line of ecological products certified by AENOR-environment, thus betting on a cleaner future. Fulfilling this commitment, they have recently installed solar panels on the roof of the factory, thus contributing to the consumption of clean, non-polluting energy for the manufacture of products and the development of their activity. The company collaborates with various public institutions (municipalities, councils, local corporations…), and private (architects, engineers, professionals and distributors) offering its knowledge, experience and technical advisory services, in addition to advertising collaborations with sports entities such as the UDLP and CDT, and support for indigenous sports such as Canarian wrestling and Latin sailing, returning the support received to Canarian society.
