The Cabildo will reinforce assistance to women victims of gender violence with a new virtual care model. The Minister of Social Action, Marián Franquet, explains that the objective “is to guarantee the accessibility of the resources of the Specialized Attention Network of Tenerife and promote bidirectional communication with women”
The initiative aims to add new mechanisms and channels that facilitate two-way communication between the Cabildo and the victims. This system analyzes the reality and the barriers that each person faces “due to issues related to their ability, the language or the environment in which they live,” adds Franquet.
The IASS will have the collaboration of the Public Innovation Laboratory of Tenerife, a project promoted with the ULL, which has been commissioned to design the prototype. For the execution of this first phase will have 15,000 euros.
