The spokesman for the Government of the Canary Islands, Julio Pérez, announced this Thursday that the Conference of Presidents of La Palma will be held in the last week of February.
In a press conference to give an account of the agreements of the Governing Council, he commented that the president, Ángel Víctor Torres, has ordered all the ministries to prepare the working material on the issues that are going to be included in the order of the day.
Pérez has also said that throughout those days the Canary Islands-State bilateral commission will be held on the islands, where the migratory crisis will be addressed, and the mixed transfer commission, where the transfer of powers will be finalized, in favor of the archipelago , costs and free competition.
