The Arona City Council, through the Economic Promotion Area and with the collaboration of the open commercial areas of the municipality, has launched a powerful commercial revitalization campaign with the motto This Valentine’s Day, love is in Arona, EnAronate, an initiative to promote local commerce during the two weeks prior to the celebration of February 14, in addition to giving a message, through different videos on municipal social networks, of different ways of understanding love from respect, self-esteem and the tolerance.
About 50 establishments throughout Arona related to this important date, such as florists, patisseries, jewelers, travel agencies and perfumeries, have signed up to the campaign and will offer a wide range of products and special promotions. Throughout these two weeks, each type of establishment will have a special promotional day.
Likewise, the Arona City Council will launch a complementary campaign on the official social networks centered on a self-made video, with which it wants to highlight that love has many aspects and ways of understanding it, but it must always be based on respect and tolerance.
The Consistory of Arona, with this powerful Valentine’s Day campaign, continues with its roadmap to promote local commerce, betting on quality, good service and sustainability, helping to take care of the environment and all this without forgetting that, Thanks to local commerce, the social and economic structure of the neighborhoods remains active and grows. It must be remembered that, from the City Council, through the Economic Promotion Area, an aid package was promoted last year that reached 1.6 million euros, which meant an increase of 60% with respect to the 2020 budget , which was one million euros.
