However, and due to the restrictions due to the pandemic, access to the facilities will continue to be done through a prior appointment system to guarantee health security conditions. The new opening hours will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Tuesdays the SAC of Arona Casco and Las Galletas will open, and on Thursdays, the SAC of Los Cristianos.

The area responsible for this extension is that of Public Services, whose head is Councilor Ruth Lorenzo, who recalled that, in addition to personalized attention, the Arona City Council “has a wide range of tools for the management of its neighbors who go from the citizen folder on the website to queries through 010 through WhatsApp or the chat that can be maintained with the service through the page www.arona.org».
