The rainfall forced the Local Police, Fire and Civil Protection services to act to avoid greater evils, especially with the pumpers to try to remove the water that has flooded the garages. At other points, drivers had to be extremely safe behind the wheel due to the force with which the flood descended towards the coast.

On other roads in this nucleus, the vehicles were covered up to almost half height in a few minutes by rainfall that surprised many of the inhabitants of this area in southern Tenerife.
