The members of the Canary Islands Parliament Board visited this Wednesday the extension work of the legislative headquarters to learn about the progress of the work, which is expected to end in December, coinciding with the commemoration of the forty years of parliamentarism in the islands.
The president of the Chamber, Gustavo Matos, recalls in a note that the old Telefónica building will serve to expand some dependencies that have become too small for activity and administrative services and that now, with the restrictions derived from COVID-19 and ten more deputies , “are even more insufficient”.
