SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 26 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A paraglider has been injured when he fell on a roof in the Taucho area, in the municipality of Adeje, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. The patient, a 50-year-old man, presented various moderate traumas at the initial moment of care, with the exception of complications.
Members of the Firefighters Consortium accessed the place where the affected person had fallen, the roof of a building, and once he was immobilized, they proceeded to rescue him.
Staff from the SUC and the Adeje Health Center assessed and assisted the paraglider, who was transferred to a hospital in a sanitized ambulance.
The Civil Guard collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources and made the appropriate reports.
