SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 25 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Agents of the National Police have arrested three men, between 19 and 55 years old, without police records, as alleged perpetrators of separate crimes of theft of jewelry in three homes in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The arrests occurred after agents of the National Police were aware of three thefts committed during the year 2021, in which they finally related the alleged thieves, without connection to each other, with the sale of the stolen jewelry in different shopping establishments. and sale of valuable objects from the capital of Tenerife.
Specifically, one of these thefts occurred in the area of Las Torres de Santa Cruz de Tenerife where the worker of a care company allegedly stole more than 3,500 euros in jewelry from the septuagenarian’s home, as reported by the National Police in a press release.
A second case occurred in the Las Delicias area where a 55-year-old man allegedly took more than 2,000 euros of jewelry and cash from his ex-partner’s home, taking advantage of the trust that had been placed in him.
Finally, in Tíncer, a 19-year-old man allegedly stole jewelry worth more than 1,500 euros from his girlfriend’s grandmother by taking advantage of the fact that he had access to her home when he was going to visit his granddaughter.
All these facts have been made known to the competent judicial authority through the reports made by the agents.
